Return Policy – Colmfi
- Region: Returns and exchanges are available for customers in Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
- What products can be returned: Both defective and fully functional products (under the right of withdrawal), provided they are in their original condition.
- Return period: Returns are possible within 30 calendar days from the day of receiving the shipment.
- Return method: Returns are made via international postal or courier shipment to our central return address in Poland.
- Shipping costs: In case of a return without a stated reason, the cost of returning the product is borne by the customer (this also applies to customers from the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada sending the package back to Poland). If the product is defective or damaged due to our fault, Colmfi covers the return shipping costs.
- Additional fees: We do not charge any additional fees (e.g., restocking fees) for correctly processed returns.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed in the currency of purchase (PLN, GBP, AUD, or CAD) within 7 business days of receiving and checking the shipment.
- Exceptions: Gift cards are not returnable.
1. Return Conditions
At Colmfi, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If the selected product does not meet your expectations, you can exercise your right to return it within 30 days from the date of receiving the package. This service is currently available for all orders placed in Poland.
Contact us at info@colmfi.com to initiate the return process. After notification, you will receive detailed instructions and the shipping address via email.
Returned products must be unused, complete, in their original packaging, and with all attached elements (tags, accessories).
2. Return process and shipping costs
To initiate the return procedure, follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service department at the email address: info@colmfi.com (or your current email) to inform us of your wish to return.
- Prepare the package, including a copy of the invoice or the order number, so we can identify your purchase.
- Send the package by post or courier to our return processing address in Poland:

3. Condition of returned products
To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in an undamaged condition – it must be unused, have original tags, and be in its original packaging. If the goods show signs of use or are damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to issue only a partial refund, reduced by an amount corresponding to the decrease in the product's value.
4. Product exchange
Do you want to exchange a product for a different size or model? At Colmfi, this is possible for customers in Poland. The quickest way is to make a standard return of the unwanted product and place a new order.
5. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, funds will be refunded within 7 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. You will receive an email confirming the completion of the process.
6. No restocking fees
The return process at Colmfi is transparent and free of hidden charges – we do not charge any commission for handling returned goods (no so-called restocking fees). In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the only cost you bear is the direct cost of returning the products to our warehouse.
7. Unclaimed or rejected shipments
Please check the address details carefully. If the shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or an unjustified refusal to accept it, additional costs for return transport may be charged.
8. Right of withdrawal in the EU (14 days)
Regardless of our 30-day policy, every customer in the European Union has a statutory right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Colmfi voluntarily extends this period to 30 days to give you greater freedom.
