Shipping Summary – Colmfi

  • Shipping locations: We ship orders to addresses located in Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
  • Products covered by shipping: Shipping applies to all products available in our online store.
  • Delivery time: Orders to all supported countries (Poland, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada) are usually delivered within 6–9 business days.
  • Shipping costs: Shipping for all orders is completely free — the customer does not incur any additional transport costs.
  • Currency: All prices are quoted in Polish Złoty (PLN) for Poland, in Great British Pounds (GBP) for the United Kingdom, in Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australia, and in Canadian Dollars (CAD) for Canada.

1. Where we deliver Currently, Colmfi boutique fulfills orders shipped to private and business addresses in Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada. We make every effort to ensure our products reach every corner of these countries in the shortest possible time.

2. What products are shipped All products available in the store are subject to our standard shipping process. Each item is carefully inspected, meticulously packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

3. Delivery address Your order will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. Please check the details carefully, as shipping to parcel lockers or pickup points outside of Poland is currently not available.

4. Cut-off time and order processing Orders placed on business days before 6:00 PM (GMT+1 Warsaw) are processed within the standard time of 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays, will be processed starting from the next business day.

5. Processing time Order processing (including confirmation, quality control, and packaging) usually takes 1–2 business days.

6. Delivery time (Transportation) After the parcel is dispatched, the average delivery time within Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada is 5–7 business days. Deliveries only take place on business days (Monday–Friday).

The total estimated time from order placement to delivery for all countries is: 6–9 business days. During periods of increased traffic (e.g., holidays or promotional campaigns), this time may be slightly extended.

7. Shipping costs For all orders within Poland, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada, we offer free standard shipping. We do not charge any additional fees for packaging or order handling.

8. Change of delivery address If you wish to change the delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@colmfi.com. We will try to make the changes, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been dispatched.

9. Undeliverable orders In the event that a shipment is returned to the Colmfi boutique due to reasons attributable to the recipient – such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to collect it within the specified period – we reserve the right to charge the Customer for the cost of re-shipment.

10. Customs, taxes, and import duties (For the United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada)

  • Poland (EU): As we deliver orders to addresses in Poland from within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply.
  • United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada (Outside EU): For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, or customs fees may be charged when the package reaches the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be covered by the recipient of the shipment. Colmfi has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

11. Order cancellation Order cancellation is possible within 12 hours of placing the order. Please contact us via email at info@colmfi.com. If the order has not yet been packed, we will refund the full amount within a maximum of 7 days. After 12 hours, cancellation may not be possible due to the package preparation process.
