Shipping and Delivery
1. Is delivery paid? At Colmfi, every shipment within Poland is completely free. We pay great attention to the packing process to ensure your order arrives at the specified address intact and with the utmost care.
2. Do you ship orders to parcel lockers? Currently, we deliver directly to private and office addresses indicated in the order form. At the moment, the option of delivering parcels to a parcel locker is not yet supported.
3. How long does delivery take?
- Order processing: 1–2 business days (for orders placed by 6:00 PM).
- Transport time: 5–7 business days.
- Total waiting time: Usually 6–9 business days. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
4. How do I check the delivery status? As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email containing a tracking number and a direct link to the Track & Trace system. This will allow you to monitor the location of your shipment in real-time.
5. Who will deliver my order? To ensure the highest standard and timeliness of deliveries within Poland, we entrust your purchases to verified logistics partners, such as DHL.
6. What if my package is lost? If the tracking link does not update for an extended period, please write to us at info@colmfi.com. If the shipment is lost, we will send a new product or refund you the full amount – according to your choice.
Returns and Complaints
7. How can I return a product? You have up to 30 days to return from the moment you receive the shipment. Write to us at info@colmfi.com, and we will send you instructions on how to return. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
8. When will I receive my refund? We process refunds within 7 business days from the moment the returned shipment is checked. The money will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
9. Who pays for return shipping?
- If the product is faulty or damaged – Colmfi covers the return costs.
- If the return is for another reason (e.g., change of mind) – the customer bears the cost of return shipping.

10. What payment methods do you accept? We offer secure payments via:

11. In what currency will I pay? All prices in our store and payments are made in Polish Złoty (PLN).
12. Is the security of my data a priority? Absolutely. The Colmfi website is secured with an SSL certificate, which guarantees full encryption of transmitted information. Your payment data is not archived by us – the entire transaction takes place under the supervision of certified payment operators, which ensures maximum protection of your funds.
